Compliance
Built for a
regulated market.
Petroleum tanker chartering sits at the intersection of trade finance, sanctions law, and maritime regulation. Compliance is built into the deal flow — not bolted on afterwards.
Core principles
Trust, by design.
Verified before visible
No party can see vessel details or submit inquiries until their KYC application is reviewed and approved.
Separation of roles
Charterers, brokers, and owners each have a scoped view. No one sees another party's private channel.
Data minimisation
Search results are anonymised. Identity is disclosed progressively as the deal advances — not upfront.
On the platform today
Compliance that lives inside the deal.
KYC vault
Every organisation completes Know Your Business verification before sending or receiving inquiries. Brokers, owners, and charterers each have a vault for trade registrations, certificates of incorporation, beneficial ownership records, and bank references.
Document expiry tracking
Class certificates, P&I cover, vetting approvals, and SIRE reports are stored against the vessel with expiry dates. The platform flags docs expiring within 30 days and marks expired ones automatically — visible on every vessel card.
Role-scoped access
Documents in a negotiation room are shared only with parties who have permission. The private broker–owner channel is never visible to the charterer. KYC vault docs stay with the uploading organisation and admins during review.
